Amber & Chris

A few years back we met Chris and Amber when we lived in a sharehouse in Brunswick, VIC. It's funny actually - we didn't click straight away! It took a bit of time, but once Amber and my wife Sivan realised they both had a very sick sense of humour... well it was all on for young and old! We would share decadent breakfasts with these two, and the girls would try to top each others outrageous stories.

We were very sad when they moved out, and headed north...

A few months later my wife and I were on tour (we are a folk duo called The April Maze www.theaprilmaze.com) and Amber and Chris gave us a call. They were working in Cape Tribulation, and so we went up and played an impromptu gig for the tourists. The next morning we asked them if they'd be up for starring in a video clip for one of our songs... they said yes. So we made this clip for our version of 'And we danced'...

I recently married these two lovelies in Lismore. After the ceremony my wife and I played this song... and they danced.
