The new and improved Monitum

The thorn in my side has finally been pulled out. I no longer have to discriminate against LGBTQI peeps. IT IS OFFICIAL - the new celerant monitum that all civil celebrants must say for a vaild Austraila wedding is ''Marriage according to law in Australia is the union of TWO PEOPLE to the exclusion of others, voluntarily entered into for life.''

Yes it is short notice (I'm sure the celebrant community will manage!), but this change to the Monitum becomes effective tomorrow the 9th of December 2017.
